Optimization of TWP related additive extraction in ethyl acetate for GCMS and in water for LCMS

During my scientific training, I am developing an analytical method to investigate organic additives in tire chips buried under different soil conditions and exposure times. The work focuses on optimising extraction and GC-MS analysis of selected compounds. The developed method will form the basis for the sample analysis in my subsequent thesis.
