Cultivation, Maintenance and Sampling in Soil–Plant experiment to capture Biodegradable Mulch Foil Decomposition by Natural Isotope Tracing

My scientific training focused on the cultivation, maintenance, and sampling of a greenhouse pot experiment tracking biodegradable plastic (PBAT) degradation in soil using natural δ¹³C isotope tracing. I performed daily plant care including precise irrigation, soil surface management, and weekly pot randomization, along with systematic plant health monitoring (BBCH staging, chlorophyll and plant height). I also collected pore soil-water samples for isotopic and chemical analysis. This work contributes essential data for understanding the ecological impacts of biodegradable mulch films in agricultural systems
