Bachelor (B.Sc.)
The six-semester Bachelor's degree course in Applied Geosciences initially teaches basic scientific knowledge in physics, mathematics and chemistry. The geoscientific courses build on this, providing in-depth theoretical and methodological knowledge, particularly – in line with the Institute's profile – in applied geosciences. Field and laboratory methods are specifically taught in the exercises and practicals in order to gain skills in the application and evaluation of methods. They provide access to a broad spectrum of geoscientific activities in the profession.
